Romania suffers from psychological lack of support. This field is constantly ignored, and the psychical health of mothers who suffered a preterm birth is a marginal subject for the health care system. To counteract this, “Unu si Unu” Association, established emotional and psychological support groups in 4 hospitals from Romania. Mothers long hospitalized by the side of their premature baby, can weekly attend the group session conducted by a volunteer psychologist or psychotherapist. (Romanian Version).
