Doğan Çağlar school
Medvet Project team visited this school and presented and introduced Medvet Project to teachers and administrators. The Project attracted the attention of the staff and they have potential to participate actively in Medvet Project in terms of mentees.
The Doğan Çağlar specialized school for people with physically disability is a very special and unique school in Ankara. This school was founded in 1972 and it the first specialized school for people with physically disability in Turkey. Since than it has been serving, teaching and training people with physically disabilities. Today, there are 150 students actively participating in school’s activities. 75 of them are attending high school and others are attending primary and secondary school.
