Adela is the mother of a 9 year old disabled
girl, who has a rare genetic disorder, Sturge-

Weber Syndrome. She is also a NGO
professional, having and association for
severely disabled children in Romania. She

shares many good examples of
communication, one of which is that a

neurologist told her that raising a child with a
disability is similar to caring for a bonsai (it
only requires more attention and care). After a

long process, she managed to balance and
enjoy life with her special little girl.
